Live Support Chat for WordPress

Installation instructions

1. Download Live Support plugin

Download Live Support plugin for WordPress here.

2. Install the plugin

Login into your WordPress administration panel and click Plugins in the left sidebar - see in the figure below. Next click Add New and Upload link . Select live_support.zip file and click Install Now button Finally click Activate Plugin link to enbale the plugin.

3. Copy HTML button code

Login into your WebsiteChat.net Control Panel and click Link-buttons link in "My Account" panel. If you don't have an account yet, you can register for free here. Now right click and copy into a clipboard the HTML code of live chat button. See in the figure below.

4. Paste HTML code into Live Support Chat widget

In WordPress administration panel click Apperance and Widgets - see in the figure below. Next Drag and Drop widget titled Live Support Chat into the sidebar on the right. Now paste the HTML button code into field and click Save button .

5. Test Live Chat session

Make sure chat application is running and verify there is a green icon App-online in your taskbar which indicates the application is connected. Open your WordPress site in a web browser and click live chat button to start a chat session.
